We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated in a good quiet location and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

The staff didn't speak English (only German). Lucky for us, they have a person who colaborate with and he speaks our native language (Romanian). He speaks also German. We have a problem with the air conditioning system which wasn't working in the first day of our stay. Finally, the problem was solved the second day. Good food. Good service. Nice and clean room. Free wifi.

The room was nice and quite comfortable, the bathroom was clean, nice waiter who only speaks english a little and was very helpful.
The air conditioning works only after 6 P.M. or later it depends on the bosses so in the room the temperature was over 30 C. It was horrible specially if we were with the children. We tried to convience the bosses to turn on it ealier but it was impossible. Buffet breakfast good but variety very small. If you are 7 or more days you didint have enough choices. The dinner was ok. Of course if its hot outside your dinner time looks not so nice because in the restautant is also very hot because the air conditioning is not working. So during meal you are sweat.

hmmm. it is difficult to say. I guess location...
I did not like the fact that they made me pay for what it was initially included in the offer (for example the 20 min of massage); the fact that the water in the pool was frozen, and did not have 27 degrees as specified by the hotel owners; the jacuzzi had so much clorofrom that after 1 minute one couldn't stop from sneezing; i had to repair the heater in the bathroom as it was not working; they initially gave me a room that had nothing of the 4 star facilities in it, clearly a staff room; i paid 50 euros for a New New programme where food was the dinner i had already paid for, drinks were not included, and they said jokes in Hungarian which i think was extremely rude....and the list may continue..defrinitely, not a 4 star hotel

Good breakfast.
There was a very dangerous swimming pool in the basement - badly lit and ventilated, unattended with water on the floor everwhere (just waiting to make somebody slip). The metal steps into the water were loose and somebody could easily lose their balance, either backwards or forwards. There was a jacuzzi next to the pool where the water was INSANELY hot. It was mad - a visitor could be badly hurt with this !!! Also the staff had a poor attitude to security, leaving our room key on the reception counter for a whole afternoon.

Friendly staff, great pool area with games and activities for children, and good hotel facilities. Breakfast was nice and had a selection of salami, cheese, bread, and cereals.
Nothing all good.

Hi everyone! We were in Hotel m few days ago. This place is near to hungarospa and this oonly the one positiv things. The service is very very poor, and only try to spead and undestand englisch/german. Clima is not working, in rooms are hot. They don't wont to akcept visa/maestro card...but they have to do it! I've paid with the card, so be alwayes stobborn. Breakfast... Salami, chees, bread, cornfleaks and cheep sausages...take other place if you can!

Peacefull surrounding.
Missing fresh juices at the breakfast. The staff doesn't know other foreign languages.

During my Christmas stay, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, plus the hotel was located near some great attractions. Additionally, the breakfast was good and served on time.
The staff was unfriendly and barely spoke any languages I know. The room looked very old and the TV wasn't working properly. The worst part was the lack of proper heating and the fact that I had to wear my coat in the room. my experience was not good and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

No bathrobe, no slippers, poor minibar, definitely not a 4 star hotel

During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the amazing nature walks. The hotel's location was perfect, not too far away from the beach and the city center. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always there to help and offer advice on the best places to visit in the area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds.
The food was mediocre and lacked variety, especially for vegetarians. The rooms were quite small and could use some updates, though they were clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near the thermal baths and has private parking. Rooms are clean and some have a nice view. Breakfast is passable, and there is a pool and game room in the basement for entertainment.
The staff's lack of English proficiency can be frustrating for foreign tourists.
